YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD REALTOR
Who is Jay The Realtor and How Can He Help You?
As a REALTOR ® licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Jay provides Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to his clients across many markets in the Greater Boston area and the
Merrimack Valley. His business is built on: Trust, Respect, Integrity and Communication while embodying the ability to adapt to all of his clients’ real estate needs. As a full time REALTOR, Jay is always available to help with any of your real estate needs. He takes pride in delivering on his promises as he strives to be your agent for life!
In his spare time, he dedicates his time to various non-profit organizations in the Greater Boston area who’ve made a significant impact on his own life and those who may have grown up with limited access to resources and opportunities. These organizations include the Lawrence Boys and Girls Club, ALPFA, Catholic Schools Foundation and The United Way of Mass Bay, just to name a few.
The Best Service, The Best Results
Ironically enough, Jay does not consider himself as someone in the sales business. He sits down with his clients, gets to know them on a personal level so he truly understands their wants and needs. Jay works tirelessly to align your needs and goals with his market knowledge to find you the perfect home or investment property. He genuinely wants to help advance homeownership; the cornerstone of wealth creation and the stabilizing force of working families. Working with Jay will not be a transactional experience. He builds lasting relationships and may show up unannounced to your summer barbeque ……. seriously though.
Education and Previous Career
Jay grew up in the Merrimack Valley and attended Central Catholic High School where he graduated with High Honors and played basketball and outdoor Track & Field. For his undergrad, Jay attended and graduated with honors from Bentley University, double majoring in Economics & Finance with a minor in Management. While in college, Jay spent an entire semester in Barcelona where he studied the economic impact of the Catalan Independence Movement and the impact it would have on the region itself and the country of Spain.
After college, he went on to work at State Street Corporation, one of the largest custody banks in the world. As a member of an accelerated management training program, Jay has a demonstrated history working in corporate strategy, finance & accounting, risk & compliance, client services, and project management.
